I. Overview of Hoa Tam Industrial Park:

Hoa Tam Industrial Zone is located in Hoa Tam commune, Dong Hoa town, Phu Yen province, Vietnam.

The industrial zone has a total planned area of 1,080 hectares and has attracted numerous large domestic and foreign investment projects for development. The investor is the Management Board of Phu Yen Economic Zone.

Phu Yen is a coastal province in the South Central Coast of Vietnam, strategically positioned with diverse resources including sea, plains, midlands, and mountains.

This provides the province with various advantages, particularly in industrial development.

It is located near the junctions of National Highway 1A and routes leading to the Central Highlands (National Highways 25 and 29).

As a result, Phu Yen attracts a significant number of skilled workers from neighboring provinces, promising a high-quality labor force for the Central Vietnam industrial zone.

II. Infrastructure of Hoa Tam Industrial Park:

Following international standards, the developers have built the infrastructure of the industrial zone in a synchronized and multi-functional manner. It includes:

Electricity system: Large-capacity electricity is supplied from the 110KV substation through a 35KV power grid provided by EVN.

Water system: The water system meets the demands of both residential and other production activities, with a large capacity supplied from the industrial zone’s water plant.

Drainage system: There are separate designs for rainwater and wastewater drainage.

The wastewater system: Centrally treats wastewater from both industrial and residential sources on a large scale before it is discharged into the natural environment.

The telecommunication system: The installation of the telecommunication system follows international standards, enabling advanced communication both domestically and internationally.

Transportation system: It includes internal roads with 2 lanes and main roads with 4 lanes, ensuring accessibility for large vehicles.

Greenery system: The industrial zone in Phu Yen is covered with greenery, adhering to the principles of being green, clean, and beautiful, while minimizing the impact on the environment for rented factories.

Fire protection system: The fire protection system is installed adjacent to the clean water system to ensure safety in the industrial zone.

III. Industry attracting investment of The Industrial Park:

Hoa Tam Industrial Zone attracts investment in various industries, including:

• Manufacturing and processing of agricultural, forestry, and aquatic products.
• Production of consumer goods such as textiles, garments, and leather shoes.
