The project is implemented in 3 phases, with phase 1 investing in infrastructure worth 42,8 million USD, phase 2 investing in 280.000 m2 of warehouses for rent worth 90 million USD, and phase 3 investing in a solar power system with a capacity of 30 megawatts worth 29,8 million USD, to build a modern rental warehouse system, creating annual revenue.
The Phuoc Dong Wharf Industrial Park was inaugurated in Long An on March 21, with the participation of high-level leaders of the Government, ministries, sectors, and enterprises.
