I. Overview of Sao Mai Industrial Park:

Sao Mai Industrial Park is located in Villages 2 and 4, Hoa Binh Commune, Kon Tum City, Kon Tum Province.

Situated near the intersection with National Highway 14, it offers convenient connections to major economic centers such as Ho Chi Minh City and Nha Trang, providing favorable conditions for transportation and trade.

This industrial park is among the most promising ones, focusing on the construction of medium and small-scale factories and enterprises that cause minimal environmental pollution. It has attracted numerous domestic and foreign industrial investors.

With a total area of 150 hectares, the industrial park has successfully drawn various large-scale domestic and international projects into operation. II. Infrastructure of Sao Mai Industrial Park:

We design and construct the infrastructure of our industrial park with comprehensive, multi-functional features that meet international standards… It comprises:

An Electrical System:

This operates from a 35Kv power grid line at a 110Kv transformer station with a high capacity, supplied by EVN.

A Water System:

It meets all the needs of daily life and other manufacturing activities with a capacity of 5,000 cubic meters per day, sourced from the industrial park’s water plant.

A Drainage System:

This is designed separately for rainwater and wastewater.

A Wastewater Treatment System:

The industrial park centrally treats the waste from factories, as well as daily life, at a capacity of 500 cubic meters per day before discharging it into the natural environment.

A Communication System:

VNPT network installs telecommunication services in line with international standards, facilitating domestic and international communication.

Transportation Infrastructure:

This includes an internal two-lane road of 24-28 meters wide, and a main four-lane road 35 meters wide to accommodate large vehicles. A new road will be constructed through this area in the future.

Greenery System:

This is based on a green, clean, and beautiful criterion, covering the entire industrial park of Kon Tum, and reducing the impact on the environment of the rented factory buildings.

Fire Safety System:

This is installed alongside the clean water system to ensure the safety of the industrial park.
