The investor is the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Hai Duong province, and the establishment of this industrial park is based on Resolution No. 02/2018/NQ-HDND on the development of the province’s industry until 2030.
The planning and site selection for the construction of the Industrial Park has great advantages due to its proximity to the high-tech Hoa Lac area and the increasingly developing city of Hanoi, which attracts investors. Currently, Thanh Ha Industrial Park is considered one of the key industrial parks in Hoa Binh province.
Detailed construction planning at a scale of 1/500 and boundary marking has been carried out for Thanh Ha Industrial Park. As of July 2020, there are two secondary projects in the industrial park.

Thanh Ha Industrial Park is located in Thanh Ha town, Lac Thuy district, Hoa Binh province, with a favorable position for industrial development.
It is adjacent to Phu Tho province in the north.
It borders Hanoi, Ha Nam, and Ninh Binh provinces in the east, as well as the capital city of Hanoi.
It is adjacent to Son La province in the west.
It borders Thanh Hoa province in the south.

63km from Noi Bai International Airport.
170km from Hai Phong Port and 194km from Quang Ninh Port.

The street lighting network is designed separately with a dedicated power supply system along the transportation routes.
Water system:
Water supply is available 24/7, ensuring smooth operations for businesses.
Wastewater and rainwater drainage system:
There is a separate and independent wastewater drainage system from the rainwater drainage system.
Wastewater is collected through the wastewater drainage system from production facilities and directed to the main sewage lines that flow to the wastewater treatment plant.

Solid and soft waste are classified and collected for proper treatment at designated locations.

The wastewater treatment plant meets Grade A standards before discharging into the environment.
