I. Overview of Thanh Hai Industrial Park:

Thanh Hai Industrial Zone is located at the intersection of three strategic transportation axes: National Highway 1, the North-South Unified Railway, and National Highway 27 leading to the Central Highlands and major cities such as Dalat, Nha Trang, and Ho Chi Minh City. It is approximately 4 km away from the city center of Phan Rang – Thap Cham, situated in Thanh Hai commune and Van Hai ward, Phan Rang – Thap Cham city, Ninh Thuan province.

The Prime Minister approved the conversion of Thanh Hai Industrial Cluster into Thanh Hai Industrial Zone in document number 620/TTg-KTN on May 5, 2015, and the Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ninh Thuan province established it in Decision number 1409/QD-UBND on June 25, 2015.

Thanh Hai Industrial Zone has a planned area of 78 hectares. The industrial zone has attracted numerous large domestic and foreign projects that are already in operation, with the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board of Ninh Thuan being the investor.

Furthermore, the industrial zone has invested in comprehensive and complete infrastructure, resulting in almost 100% occupancy of leased land with over 18 investment projects. Currently, there are ongoing comprehensive development efforts to continue attracting domestic and foreign investors to contribute to the growth and profitability of the industrial zone.

II. Infrastructure of Thanh Hai Industrial Park:

Electricity supply system:

  • It includes power for machinery and residential electricity, as well as lighting.
  • The 110/22 KV Cham Tower substation supplies the power source to meet the electricity demand, ensuring a safe distance from other structures and complying with the overall planning of the area.

Water supply system:

  • The industrial zone receives water supply from the Phan Rang Water Plant, with the main pipeline running along National Highway 1, and the total calculated supply flow rate is Qtb = 48.8 l/s. The industrial cluster’s water supply station has a capacity of 2000 m3/day-night, consisting of a 1000 m3 reservoir primarily constructed with reinforced concrete.
  • The second-stage pumping station has a capacity of 228 m3/h. Fire hydrants are additionally installed along the road axes at distances ranging from 120 to 150m.

Rainwater drainage system:

  • An open channel system constructed with stone collects external rainwater.
  • Covered concrete-lined drains collect rainwater within the project area, flowing towards the Bau Canal.

Wastewater drainage system:

Circular reinforced concrete pipes with a diameter of D = 300 – 400 mm are installed at the factory.

Wastewater treatment plant:

  • The treatment plant has a capacity of 1,400 m3/day night.
  • Local treatment facilities treat and discharge production and domestic wastewater into the wastewater drainage system, which leads to the treatment plant.
  • Before discharge, the assessment ensures that the treated wastewater meets Class A standards.

Transportation system:

  • It includes internal roads with 2 lanes and main roads with 4 lanes, ensuring accessibility for large vehicles.
  • In the future, a new road will be constructed through the area.

Greenery system:

The industrial zone in Ninh Thuan embraces greenery, adhering to the principles of being green, clean, and beautiful, with a focus on minimizing the environmental impact of rented factories.

Fire protection system:

The fire protection system is installed adjacent to the clean water system to ensure safety in the industrial zone.

III. Industry attracting investment in The Industrial Park:

Thanh Hai Industrial Zone is a priority industrial zone that focuses on the development of various sectors, including:
