Information about the industrial park

On July 9, 2014, the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province approved the establishment of the Textile and Garment Industrial Park and Supporting Industry Park by Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Zone Joint Stock Company (located in An Hoa commune, Trang Bang district) and TMTC Industrial Park Development Company Limited (located within the Moc Bai border economic zone). The construction of the industrial park began in May 2015, and the detailed planning was adjusted according to Decision No. 1271/QD-UBND dated May 24, 2016, approved by the People’s Committee of Tay Ninh Province.

Land usage structure

With an approved project land use scale of 108,11 hectares, the area for factory construction is 76,51 hectares, accounting for 71% of the industrial park area. This includes 46,17 hectares for textile and dyeing factories and 29,39 hectares for garment and supporting industries. The project’s operational term is 50 years, extendable beyond 2059.

II. Geographical Location of TMTC Textiles and Supporting Industry IZ

TMTC Textiles and Supporting Industry IZ are located in the Moc Bai Economic Zone, Thuan Dong Hamlet, Loi Thuan Commune, Ben Cau District, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam.

Tay Ninh Province is considered one of the key international gateways between Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand, and other countries. Additionally, the province plays a vital role in the exchange of goods between the economically significant southern provinces and the Mekong Delta provinces. Furthermore, Tay Ninh is traversed by the Xuyen A Highway with a length of nearly 28 kilometers, connecting Ho Chi Minh City to Cambodia through the Moc Bai border crossing, providing a significant advantage for the Textile and Garment Industrial Park and Supporting Industry Park.

The industrial park enjoys a convenient transportation network, with access to various provinces, cities, and international destinations via road, sea, rail, and air routes. Specifically:

  • Two plants have total investment capital of about 15 million USD with modern technology equipment, built on an area of ​​about 5 hectares in the Moc Bai Industrial and Trade Zone.
  • After meeting column A standards (QCVN 40: 2011), the wastewater treatment plant will release treated water into a biological lake for 3 days before discharging it into the Dia Xu canal, which reuses part of the water.

IV. Industry attracting investment of TMTC Textiles and Supporting Industry IZ

Manufacturing of leather products such as luggage, handbags, wallets, and similar items, as well as cushion manufacturing (excluding leather tanning).

Chemical industry (excluding basic chemical manufacturing), pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, plastics, and polymers:

  • Production and manufacturing of synthetic fibers (including dyeing process in the production process).

Wood processing industry, and products made from wood, bamboo, rattan, straw products, and weaving materials (project arrangement suitable for planning, using modern technology, minimizing noise):

  • Manufacturing of beds, cabinets, tables, and chairs made of wood
