Cai Lan Industrial Park is a key industrial park in Ha Long City and Quang Ninh province. It is located in Gieng Ward and Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh province.
Quang Ninh Cement and Construction Joint Stock Company is the investor of the industrial park. Cai Lan Industrial Park covers a total area of 305.3 hectares. It is a model industrial park with modern infrastructure, social and technical facilities, and friendly landscapes. In Phase 1, with an area of 78 hectares, the industrial park has achieved 100% occupancy with a total of 32 projects, including 18 domestic projects and foreign-invested projects.

In addition, Cai Lan Industrial Park is located next to Cai Lan Deep Water Port, which has completed Phase 1 and can accommodate vessels up to 40,000 DWT (including container ships).
