Quang Ninh Cement and Construction Joint Stock Company is the investor of the industrial park. Cai Lan Industrial Park covers a total area of 305.3 hectares. In Phase 1, with an area of 78 hectares, the industrial park has achieved 100% occupancy with a total of 32 projects, including 18 domestic projects and foreign-invested projects.

Wastewater from the factories undergoes local treatment at the production facilities, following the new regulations, before being discharged into the shared wastewater system of the industrial park and then directed to the centralized wastewater treatment plant.

The emission from the factories is filtered according to national standards before being released into the natural environment.
