The detailed construction plan for Dai An Industrial Park, Hai Duong City, was approved by the Ministry of Construction under Decision No. 732/QD-BXD dated May 27, 2003, and adjusted according to Decision No. 270/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2008, by the People’s Committee of Hai Duong Province.
The technical infrastructure of the industrial Park has been invested in comprehensively and modernly, including systems for electricity supply, water supply, wastewater treatment, transportation, communication, lighting, logistics centers, security, environment, and green spaces. It has been built to meet the standards of an environmentally friendly industrial Park, balancing the attraction of foreign direct investment with sustainable environmental protection.
Additionally, the industrial Park has allocated land for the construction of various support services, including retail stores, dining establishments, healthcare facilities, and childcare centers. Dai An Industrial Park also reserves land for vocational training facilities for workers and technical staff.
The investor of Dai An Industrial Park is Dai An Joint Stock Company.
