Gia Le Industrial Park – Thai Binh is an important industrial park in Thai Binh province. It attracts top investors to lease land and factories in the province. The Thai Binh Industrial Park Service Center is the investor. The park spans an area of 84.7 hectares. It is strategically located on the western side of National Highway 10. The park is within the administrative boundaries of Dong Xuan, Dong Duong, and Dong Quang communes in Dong Hung district. It is also within Dong Tho and Dong My communes in Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province.

Gia Le Industrial Park is a multi-sector industrial park with minimal environmental impact. Investors have extensively invested in and developed the infrastructure, which includes a comprehensive power grid, a clean water supply system, a communication network, and greenery for a natural environment. The waste treatment system helps minimize environmental pollution, providing a complete and convenient ecosystem to meet the needs of workers for living and working.

  • The average ground level of National Highway 10 is +2.75m.
  • The average ground level of the planned area (cultivated fields) is +1.2m.
  • The average ground level of roads within the Industrial Park is +2.6m.
  • The average ground level of the foundation, excluding the rigid structure, is +2.3m.

Stormwater Drainage System:

  • Water flows naturally from north to south towards the existing drainage channels.
  • The drainage system consists of open brick canals built under the sidewalks, covered with interlocking tiles.

Transportation System:

  • The main access road to the Industrial Park connects with National Highway 10 and connects to the residential road on the north side. It has a road width of 8m and a 4m-wide sidewalk on the west side (adjacent to the factory land) with a 5m-wide green belt on the east side.
  • Road 1 is the main road of the Industrial Park, perpendicular to National Highway 10, with a width of 22m, a road width of 14m, and a 4m-wide sidewalk on each side (4+14+4).
  • Road 2 runs through the Industrial Park from north to south, with a width of 18.5m, a road width of 10.5m, and a 4m-wide sidewalk on each side (4+10.5+4).
  • Road 3 connects to Road 1 towards the west, Road 4 runs parallel to Road 2, and Road 5 is located in the southern part of the Industrial Park. They have a width of 16m, a road width of 8m, and a 4m-wide sidewalk on each side (4+8+4).
  • A technical infrastructure system is present under the sidewalks within the Industrial Park, with trees planted along the sidewalks.
  • There is a road from Thon To Hieu to the north of the Industrial Park. It has a width of 9m, a road width of 5m, and a 2m-wide sidewalk on each side.

Water Supply System:

  • Gia Le Industrial Park sources its water supply from Hoang Dieu water plant.
  • The water supply network is organized with a closed-loop system, which includes fire hydrant locations.

Wastewater and Environmental Sanitation System:

  • Industrial and domestic wastewater is discharged through underground pipes. The pipes range from Ø 300 to Ø 500 and are built under the sidewalks. The wastewater is directed to the common wastewater treatment plant. After treating it, we then discharge it into the general drainage system.
  • Each factory must treat its wastewater locally to meet Class C standards according to TCVN-5945-1995 before discharging it into the common network of the Industrial Park.
  • Each factory within the Industrial Park must sort solid waste and transport it to the centralized waste transfer station, which is located within the park, before sending it to the city’s waste treatment plant.
  • Before release into the atmosphere, the emissions must meet the concentration requirements stated in TCVN 5939-1995.
  • Wide-spreading and evergreen trees, capable of withstanding strong winds and storms, are planted as a buffer zone between the Industrial Park and residential areas.

Power Supply System:

  • The Industrial Park obtains its power supply from the 35kV power grid located east of the main access road, adjacent to National Highway 10.
  • The Industrial Park constructs replacement power lines along internal transportation routes to serve its needs.
  • High-pressure mercury lamps are used for lighting in the Industrial Park.
