The internal road within the industrial park directly connects to National Highway 1A, with a length of approximately 300 meters, and also connects to Quan Lo – Phung Hiep National Highway, about 15 kilometers away.The Bac Lieu – Ca Mau River links the water transportation, ensuring traffic flow for vessels up to 1,000 tons.

Communication Information System: It provides full postal and telecommunications services within the industrial park.

Power supply system: The power source for the industrial park is obtained from a 110/22KV transformer station. The high-voltage power grid is provided along the internal road network within the industrial park.

The clean water plant supplies clean water at a capacity of 6,000 cubic meters per day. An internationally standardized water supply pipe system delivers the water to the plant’s perimeter.

The industrial park collects and treats wastewater at its wastewater treatment plant, ensuring it meets Class A water standards before discharging it into the park’s common system. Waste collection and transportation out of the industrial park are carried out according to contracted classification to prevent environmental pollution.

Factories filter emissions according to national standards before releasing them into the natural environment.

The industrial park has equipped a fire warning, prevention, and firefighting system that strictly complies with national regulations. Fire hydrants are installed at internal road intersections and all factories to ensure effective protection of the entire area against fire and explosion incidents.
