Established by decision No. 1479/QD.UBND on May 18, 2006, by the People’s Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, the My Xuan B1 – Tien Hung Industrial Park is considered one of the most important industrial areas in Southern Vietnam, attracting the attention of both domestic and foreign investors.

The industrial park is divided into different areas for various purposes, with the following land use breakdown:

  • Industrial land: 138,21 hectares, accounting for 69,11% of the total area
  • Storage land: 5,18 hectares, accounting for 2,59% of the total area
  • Administrative and service land: 4,14 hectares, accounting for 2,07% of the total area
  • Greenery and water surface land: 24,29 hectares, accounting for 12,15% of the total area
  • Transportation land: 25,96 hectares, accounting for 12,98% of the total area
  • Technical infrastructure land: 2,22 hectares, accounting for 1,11% of the total area

Since its establishment, the industrial park has made a positive contribution to the economic development of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam as a whole. II. Geographical Location of My Xuan B1 – Tien Hung Industrial Park

My Xuan B1 – Tien Hung Industrial Park is situated in My Xuan Ward, Phu My Town, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Vietnam.

It lies within the key southern economic region, encompassing Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa, Vung Tau, and Binh Duong. The industrial Park benefits from a well-connected transportation network, including roadways, waterways, and air travel.

The specific geographical position of the Industrial Park is as follows:

  • To the north, it shares boundaries with the land under development for My Xuan B1 Industrial Park.
  • To the south, it is adjacent to My Xuan B1 – Conac Industrial Park and My Xuan B1 – Dai Duong Industrial Park.
  • To the west, it borders the technical corridor of National Highway 51.
  • To the east, it adjoins My Xuan B1 – Dai Duong Industrial Park.

This geographical location provides the Industrial Park with excellent connectivity:

  • Approximately 70 km from the center of Ho Chi Minh City and 40 km from Vung Tau City.
  • About 7 km from Go Dau Port, 8 km from Phu My Port, and 5 km from Thi Vai Port.
  • Roughly 70 km from Tan Son Nhat International Airport (HCMC) and approximately 20 km from the planned Long Thanh International Airport.
  • Around 53 km from Saigon Railway Station (HCMC) and approximately 45 km from Bien Hoa Railway Station (Dong Nai Province).

The company treats wastewater according to prescribed standards using a microbiological method that includes two parts: a separate system within each factory and an external collection system that leads to a centralized area for secondary cleaning.

Rainwater Drainage System

The designers of the industrial park designed a separate rainwater drainage system from industrial wastewater to ensure environmental safety and friendliness.

Communication System

Providing comprehensive telecommunications services, including telephone, fax, internet, and data transmission through the Ba Ria – Vung Tau Provincial Post Office.

Internal Road System

Constructed with a hot asphalt concrete structure capable of withstanding an H30 load, the main road is 37 meters wide, and the internal roads are 19.5 meters wide, facilitating easy transportation of goods.

Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant

The capacity for phase 1 is 1,500 m3/day and night, with water quality after treatment meeting Column B according to QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. The capacity for phase 2 is 1,500 m3/day and night.

The industrial park has planned two service areas covering approximately 3 hectares.
