Powering the industrial zone, dedicated 22KV medium-voltage lines connect to the 110KV Sa Dec substation, ensuring a reliable electricity supply exclusively for the Sa Dec industrial zone.

The industrial zone obtains its water supply from a water treatment plant with a capacity of 4,500 m3/day/night, treating groundwater to meet the standards for domestic and food processing water.

Information system: The communication infrastructure ensures reliable domestic and international communication through telephones, mobile phones, faxes, and internet services for investors.

Transportation system within and outside the industrial zone: The roads are paved with H30 asphalt concrete, with a width ranging from 7.5m to 15m, including sidewalks for pedestrians and green landscapes, providing a clean and beautiful environment for the industrial zone.

Drainage system: The industrial zone has two separate drainage systems for rainwater and industrial wastewater.

Wastewater treatment: There is a centralized wastewater treatment plant serving the entire industrial zone, with a capacity of 3,000 m3/day/night.
