I. Overview of The Industrial Park:

The Prime Minister issued Official Letter No. 1302/TTg-KTN on July 30, 2009, adding Tan Phu Thanh Industrial Park, located in Hau Giang Province, to the Development Plan of Industrial Parks in Vietnam… It has a planned total area of 201.4 hectares and is located in Tan Phu Thanh Commune, Chau Thanh A District, Hau Giang Province.

The investor of the industrial park is Dong Nguyen Trading Services Limited Liability Company.

With its western side bordering Ba Lang River, Tan Phu Thanh Industrial Park enjoys favorable conditions for the water transportation of goods, accommodating vessels weighing up to 2,000 tons.

This convenience attracts investors, who in turn draw a skilled workforce from other provinces to the leased factory areas within the park in the South.

Furthermore, the Industrial Park is designed with a synchronized and modern infrastructure, including a wide internal transportation system, large green areas, and sufficient electricity and water supply. Transportation System:

Tan Phu Thanh Industrial Park’s transportation system is meticulously designed to ensure seamless and convenient traffic flow. The central road axis spans 36 meters, featuring two lanes on each side, with each lane measuring 8 meters wide. It adheres strictly to national regulations and incorporates visually appealing high-pressure concrete asphalt and a comprehensive high-pressure lighting system, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.

Electrical Infrastructure:

National electrical system (110KV, 220KV…): 220kV backup power generation system.

Water Supply System:

Tan Phu Thanh Industrial Park utilizes water from the local urban construction company.

Wastewater Treatment System:

• Plant standards: Type A.
• Maximum treatment capacity (m3/day): 2,500 m3/day and night.
• Current wastewater treatment capacity (m3/day): 2,500 m3/day and night.

Fire Protection System:

Adjacent to Tan Phu Thanh Industrial Park, there is a Police Station with firefighting police forces equipped with modern devices to respond to any incidents of fire or explosion.
