Covering an area of 466 hectares, Tien Hai Industrial Park is situated within the Tien Hai district, Thai Binh province, encompassing four communes: Dong Co, Dong Lam, Tay Giang, and Tay Son. Viglacera Corporation will implement the project as approved by the Prime Minister.

Internal transportation:

• The main road system is 23-32m wide, with secondary roads ranging from 15.5m to 18.5m wide.

Electricity system:

• A 110/35KV transformer station with a capacity of 63MVA supplies electricity from the national grid.

Public lighting system:

• Street lighting is designed separately, with a power supply system arranged along the transportation axes.

Water system:

• The capacity of the water supply is 10,000m3/day.

Wastewater and stormwater system:

• Separate systems for wastewater and stormwater drainage are planned and constructed.

Waste treatment:

• Solid waste (mainly ceramics and construction materials) is preliminarily sorted and transported to the Tây Sông Long Hau landfill.

Wastewater treatment:

• The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 3,500m3/day.

Communication system:

• A modern telecommunications and information system meeting international standards provides various information services domestically and internationally.

Service infrastructure:

• Police stations, general clinics, banks, warehouses, fuel stations, post offices, etc., are located near the industrial park.
