The Ministry of Planning and Investment granted Phuc Khanh Industrial Park an investment license under License No. 2295/GP on December 30, 2002, and an adjusted investment license under License No. 2295/GP on September 8, 2003. Phuc Khanh Industrial Park, established in 2002, was the first industrial park in Thai Binh province, with a focus on various industries.

Phuc Khanh Industrial Park is located in Phu Xuan Commune, Phu Khanh Ward, Thai Binh City.

Dai Tin Development Joint Stock Company developed the industrial park, which has a total area of 120 hectares.

In 2008, the industrial park reached its full capacity of 100% industrial land occupancy with various businesses, including 24 foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises mainly from Taiwan, leasing land for production and business activities.

The investor has consistently maintained good environmental protection practices to make Phuc Khanh Industrial Park a green industrial park in Thai Binh province.

  • The main road system has a width of 26m, while the branch roads are 15m wide.

  • The existing 35KV power supply running through the industrial park serves as the source for the electrical system.

Public lighting system:

  • The company designs the street lighting network separately from the residential electricity supply system and arranges it along the transportation routes.

Water system:

  • Water is sourced from the city center and brought to the industrial park through a 300mm pipeline.
  • Additionally, the park’s roads have 100-150mm pipelines constructed along the sidewalks to supply water to each factory.

Wastewater and stormwater system:

  • The wastewater and stormwater drainage systems are planned and constructed separately.
  • The plant carries out preliminary treatment on the wastewater, then transports it through a centralized drainage system to a shared treatment station, where they treat it to meet the B-TCVN-1995 standard before discharging it into the Bạch River.
  • Stormwater is drained through a gutter system with a cross-section of 600mm, flowing into the Bạch River.

Waste treatment:

  • Solid and soft waste is classified and collected at designated locations for processing.

Wastewater treatment:

  • The total capacity of the three centralized wastewater treatment stations is 8,800m3 per day and night.
  • Additionally, an automatic monitoring station for wastewater is built at each of the three treatment stations.
  • Wastewater from all businesses is collected and treated to meet the standard for discharge into the environment.

Communication system:

  • The telecommunications and information communication system meets international standards and provides a full range of information services within and outside the country.
