Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Zone is situated in Phu Xuan Commune, Tien Phong Ward, Thai Binh City.

Internal Transportation:
The industrial park features a comprehensive internal transportation system that includes main road axes measuring 27m and wide branch roads of 20.5m.
Electricity System:
The power grid for industrial production facilities in the industrial park is provided with electricity by the existing 110KV station. Industrial establishments independently construct their transformer stations for individual power consumption.
Public Lighting System:
A separate public lighting network, designed and distinct from the residential power supply system, is strategically located along the traffic routes in the industrial park.
Water System:
The city’s water plant supplies clean water to the industrial park through water pipes with diameters of Ø300 and Ø600. At designated points, the water pipe system connects to the industrial park. Furthermore, the water supply network within the industrial park is designed as a closed-loop system with diameters ranging from Ø100 to Ø200.
Wastewater and Stormwater Drainage System:
The planning and construction of the wastewater and stormwater drainage systems occur separately. The industrial park discharges industrial wastewater through an underground pipe system, which utilizes gravity flow and intermediate pumping stations to transport it to the central wastewater treatment plant that serves the entire industrial park. Wide channels with widths ranging from B=600 to B=1,000 drain the stormwater.
Waste Disposal:
Each factory must locally classify solid waste and transport it to a centralized waste transfer station within the industrial park before transferring it to the city’s waste treatment plant.
Wastewater Treatment:
Factories are required to perform localized treatment of wastewater to meet Class C standards as stipulated by the TCVN-5945-1995 regulations before they discharge it into the common network of the industrial park. The treatment capacity is 4,500 m3/day and night.
Communication and Information System:
A modern telecommunications and information system, meeting international standards, equips the industrial park and provides comprehensive information services both domestically and internationally.
