The transportation system connects the internal roads within the industrial park to the Phung Hiep – Ca Mau National Highway. It also has waterway access to the Phung Hiep – Ca Mau Canal.

The power supply system sources its power from the National Grid with a capacity of 110/22kV.

Water system: The water supply system has a capacity of 1,600m3 per day, sourced from the water plant in Phan Thiet City, ensuring sufficient water supply for factories and workshops within the industrial park.

Wastewater treatment system: The wastewater treatment plant has a capacity of 6,000 m3 per day, with the first phase of 2,000 m3 per day already in operation. The treated wastewater meets Column B standards of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT. The centralized wastewater treatment plant within the industrial park meets Column A standards of QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT.

As part of the waste treatment system, the authorities have constructed a separate waste treatment plant.

The industrial park has equipped itself with a modern telecommunications network that meets international standards, ensuring efficient and reliable communication services both domestically and internationally.
