Thang Long Industrial Park, also known as the Bac Thang Long Industrial Park, was established and operates under Investment License No. 1845/GP issued by the Ministry of Planning and Investment on February 22, 1997, and is now recognized as Investment Certificate No. 012022000108 by the Ha Noi Industrial and Export Processing Zone Management Board.
With an initial infrastructure investment capital of 90 million USD, the Thang Long Industrial Park covers an area of 274 hectares and is developed in three phases, with an operational period extending until 2047.
Bac Thang Long Industrial Park primarily attracts Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) enterprises from Japan, with a total investment capital of up to 660 million USD. It is positioned as a multi-sector industrial park with advanced international standards. The park encompasses key sectors such as electronics, computers, motorcycles, ships, and textile manufacturing.

Bac Thang Long Industrial Park has a modern and efficient transportation infrastructure, ensuring smooth traffic flow. The main road, 40 meters wide with six lanes and sidewalks, accommodates oversized vehicles. Additionally, there is a branch road, 26 meters wide, designed for two container trucks to pass.

The industrial park has a 110/35/22KV substation supplying electricity to all units. The power grid extends along the main and internal roads, serving each company.
Water supply comes from Hanoi clean water plant, with a capacity of 10.000m3 per day. The water system follows international standards, using underground pipes.
Wastewater is managed through drainage pipes, ranging from 1000-1500mm in diameter, running alongside internal roads. It is treated to meet A standard (QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT) before being discharged. The treatment plant has a capacity of 3.000m3/day.
The industrial park collects, sorts, and transports solid waste to designated treatment areas to prevent environmental pollution. Non-toxic factory emissions meet national standards before release.
The industrial park is equipped with an underground communication cable system, meeting international standards for efficient communication. It ensures connectivity with postal and telecommunications services, offering high-speed internet, dedicated switchboards, and international telephony.
Firefighting systems, including alarms, bells, hoses, foam tanks, and firefighting protocols, comply with fire prevention regulations for the workshops.
The surrounding area provides convenient banking services, including Agribank, Techcombank, ACB, Vietcombank, meeting the needs of businesses and workers. The Hanoi People’s Committee has also established social and worker housing within the industrial park.
